Kenya/Uganda: refusing women with "deficient genital composition"

That charming phrase is courtesy of a fellow named Joseph, a Kalenjin from Kenya, who regularly crosses the border into Uganda to be with women who have not been circumcised (a.k.a. female genital mutilation). According to this story, a fair number of Kalenjin men are showing their objection to the practice by going with, and in some cases marrying, Ugandan women who have not been subjected to the practice.
