Rwanda: gov't issues report on disapparence of five politicans

The Financial Times is the only one which seems to have this story.

In the last little while, five people, two of them prominant Hutu moderates, have "disappeared".
Rwandan officials deny any official involvement in the disappearances. But on Monday Jaap de Hoop Scheffer, the visiting Dutch foreign minister, told President Paul Kagame that the Netherlands would withhold funding for presidential elections on August 25 if there was no response to donor questions about the whereabouts of the five men.
Police say that in three of the five cases, they assume the people went to Uganda though nobody in Uganda has heard from them.

The Netherlands is one of Rwanda's largest donors.
